GSA (Guest Service Assistant)
- Should be at least 1 year experience in similar position in hotel industry
- Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written) in English
- Good team work, dynamic, smart, hard worker, independent and loyal
- Has a good knowledge with a hotel reservation system (specially in VHP system)
- Well-groomed and well-presented
- Excellent customer services skills
- Willing to work in flexible hours
- Able to drive car and have license
- Other foreign language is an advantage
- Able to join immediately
