Job Description:

• Overall responsibility is to maximize revenue opportunities for achievement of all budgeted hotel's revenue streams area through the use of industry role.
• Strong leadership, pricing analytical skills, knowledge of local and international market intelligence, forecasting and revenue management strategy experience.
• Establish excellent working relationships across all channels; secure business from all channels while proactively creating new business development opportunities.
• Forward thinking strategic development and implementation of Sales & Marketing processes through critical thinking ensuring strategies are consistent with the dynamic needs and goals of the property both in the short and long-term to drive profitable business results.

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or equivalent degree/experience
• At least 7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing fields
• Team-oriented and able to work cross-departmentally to build and maintain effective teams.
• Excellent understanding of standard business practices related to Sales Operations, processes and systems (sales cycle, training, reporting, forecasting, territory management and sales quotas)
• Strong analytics and quantitative skills: ability to determine trends and propose solutions.
• Professional, credible and detail orientated with a sense of urgency
• Competent and comfortable with technology
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Consistently exceed goals and commitments made to the company and team. Must be motivated, adaptable, flexible, and able to produce quality in an evolving, fast paced environment
• Self-starter, strong personal and work ethics. Willing to take the lead in driving initiatives working across organizations and apply creative problem solving in a rapidly competitive sales environment.
