Wedding Sales Manager
  • Pursuit of sales opportunities in wedding, social and corporate markets.
  • Commitment to managing clients by providing the highest level of service, integrity and creativity.
  • Proposal budgeting and development.
  • Contract development and fulfillment.
  • Participate in functions, familiarizations, site inspections, sales trips and road shows as required.
  • Highly motivated and strong leadership. 
Chief Steward
  • Supervises and coordinates activities of pantry, storeroom, and non-cooking kitchen workers as well as purchases, kitchen supplies, and equipment.
  • Inspects kitchens, workrooms, storerooms and equipment for cleanliness and order.
  • Responsible for coordinating work of non-cooking kitchen and storeroom workers engaged in activities such as dishwashing, silver cleaning, and storage and distribution of foodstuffs and supplies. 
  • Concerning banquet arrangements for food service, equipment, and extra employees, hires and discharges employees and posts time and production records.
  • Evaluates employees' performance to devise methods for improving efficiency and guard against theft and wastage, takes inventories of china, silverware, and glassware and also reports shortages and requisitions replacement of equipment.
Sunset Lounge Manager
  • Utilize his/her leader qualities to ensure a successful handling of the designated outlet.
  • Train, supervise and discipline all the staff. Assist and correct all subordinates with the tasks assigned.
  • Handle effectively current or future guest special requests (allergy, dietary, special event requirements.) either made by the guest directly or by information of  Managers or other departments.
  • Have complete knowledge of all food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation, and proper service. Expert knowledge of wine and spirits is required.
  • Have complete food and beverage preparation knowledge
Bar Manager
  • Maintain highest standards of professionalism, ethics, grooming and attitude towards associates, guests/customers, suppliers and other clients.
  • Have complete knowledge of food and beverage items offered, including ingredients, methods of preparation, and proper service. Expert knowledge of wine and spirits is required.
  • Master the correct and consistent service techniques for cocktail preparation, food & beverage service.
  • Anticipate in advance, all materials and supplies and assure their availability.
  • Control usage of all food and beverage items and appropriate usage of equipment, tools, and service equipment. 
General Requirements
  • Hotel school graduates or relevant study.
  • Minimum of 2 years-experience in similar role in the same size resort/hotel
  • Excellent English in both written and spoken, other languages preferable
  • Familiar with the latest Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly Motivated and strong leadership.
  • Passionate, enthusiastic and energetic personality
