Food and Beverage Manager
Requirements:
- A minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have a good knowledge of service and food and beverage products in an upscale or fine dining concept.
- Customer-Service Orientated.
- Attention to detail. Good Leadership, Management, Organizational, Problem solving and Speaking Skills.
- Basic Accounting skills for conducting Inventories, Scheduling, Cash Control, Loss Prevention, Profit and Loss Statements Analyzes.
- Experience with computerized POS systems, MICROS preferred.
- Experience dealing with the F & B Suppliers and contract negotiations.
- Must be willing to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends and holidays.
