Front Office Staff
With minimum 1 year previous experience in similar hotel capacity and category.
Qualifications:
- Ability to operate hotel operations software, such as VHP.
- Preferable male
- Attention to details and solve guests’ complaint
- Good teamwork & leadership.
- Must speak good English and other foreign language is an advantage.
- Flexible schedule working hours
- Highly motivated, attention to details, energetic, creative, dynamic and innovative.
- Customer service oriented, able to work as a team.
- Good communication of both written and verbal English.
