- Cost and Revenue oriented

- Ability to supervise, bring together and inspire their team
- Sense of urgency, strong time management skills
- Flexibility in scheduling, ability to make staff schedule and work to the needs of the business
- Training mentality, focused on teaching the staff new ideas.
