Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in Front Office within the hotel/leisure/retail
- High level of IT proficiency

Food and Beverage Manager
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- F & B Department Management experience in a Hotel & Resort operation or an upscale dining and / or club operation
- Experience with and knowledge of all F & B front and back of the house position with the ability to quickly assess service situation
- Ability to train and evaluate staff in the processes of Food and Beverage operations.
- Knowledge of liquors, wines, wine service, beers, and the selling technique and ability to pass knowledge on to staff
- Basic Accounting skills for conducting inventories, scheduling staff, cash controls, loss prevention, analyzing monthly P and L statements, pricing, menus , food and alcohol
- Experience creating spreadsheets for costing , portion control, etc
- Experience with computerized POS systems, MICROS preferred
- Experience dealing with the F & B Suppliers and contract negotiations.
