Housekeeping Supervisor
( Kuta - Bali)
Primary Function
To assist the Executive Housekeeper in all aspect operation of Housekeeping Department.
Accountabilities
- Ensure that the StayWell Hospitality Group standards are understood and upheld.
- Ensure the Housekeeping Supervisor oversee, supervise and review work activities of Housekeeping staff properly, assure cleanliness, orderly and attractive presentation of rooms, public area and back of the house in the hotel.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Check attendance, brief and assign update duties to housekeeping Attendants and Order Taker on daily basis;
- Check in the system to obtain list of rooms to be prepared for EA, ED and listing occupied rooms to be cleaned immediately and prepare work assignments;
- Performs cleaning duties in cases of emergency or staff shortage;
- Continual inspections of assigned guestroom sections including corridors, pantries and trolleys to ensure all are maintained to a standard of cleanliness;
Requirements:
- Hotel Qualifications
- 1 year experience at the similar position in 4 or 5 star Hotel.
- A preference for someone with Accounting experience in Bali
- Excellent Command of Spoken and Written English and Computer Literate
- Attention to the details.
