Guest Service Assistant (M)
General qualifications:
- Candidates at least a Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same field in a 4/5 star hotel.
- Candidates have strong communication skills both in written & verbal communication.
- Excellent command of English. Speak other foreign languages will be an advantage.
- Problem solving and complain handling skills.
- Proficient in spreadsheet.
- Knowledge of Power Pro system.
- Well-groomed, discipline, personable and have an excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to work in a high paced, high pressure, multitasking environment.
- Able to join immediately.
