Executive Chef
General Mission
- Guarantees a high standard of culinary services offered to guests utilising an innovative mix of Indonesia and Western flavours
- In conjunction with the Assistant F&B Manager, prepares the hotel's F&B offers in line with the hotel's positioning (market, competition) and brand policy
- Can handle a mixture of breakfast, a la carte and Meetings offerings while keeping menus fresh and costs controlled to budget levels
- Manages and motivates the kitchen staff in order to offer a high standard of service to guests
- Is responsible for food hygiene, safety and quality in the hotel based on standard HACCP
Skills & Experience
- Must have held senior Leadership role in a similar size Kitchen for 2 years
- Possesses Managerial & Leadership Skills
- Accor back ground added an advantage
