Job Description
- Fluent in business spoken and high level of written English required
- Passion & naturally outgoing personality
- Mature, calm and level headed
- Able to make decisions, takes full ownership and responsibility
- Able to work closely with hotel Regional teams located overseas and with various third parties
- Background in five star hotels (International brand preferred) city property
- Understands corporate, leisure and meeting group rooms segments
- Understands drivers of Food and Beverage / restaurants local market
- Understands social media and proven experience in using this to drive business results
- Familiar working with corporate graphic standards, brand identity guidelines and collateral
- Active involvement in corporate responsibility (CSR) initiatives
- Strong media connections
- Has handled photography shoots previously
- Very strong and effective planning and time management skills
- Proactive
- Has “big picture” control of the workload and future development needs
- Comfortable in a target focussed environment
- Must be able to drive quality and does not compromise
- Maximises systems and resources available at all levels
- Works well both internally and externally, seen as the “Hotel Ambassador”
- Team player at all levels, participates actively with team
- Good leader and motivator
- Understanding of budgets
- Able to analyse KPI
- Competent computer skills (MS office)
- Familiar with Art / Graphic packages an advantage
