HHRMA Bali 2014 - Park Regis Kuta, a newly opened four star hotel managed by Stay Well Hospitality Group is centrally located on Jalan Raya Kuta, a short distance to main beach, shopping district, local attraction, nightclubs and restaurants of buzzing Kuta. Comprising 175 guest rooms-including Studios Junior Suites and Pool Suites. We are currently looking for:

Reception

Responsibilities:
  • To be thoroughly familiar with Realta PMS modules for Reservations, Front Office, Guest History and Cashiering, and to be conversant with all hotel policies, particularly those for Front Office.
  • To ensure that additional responsibilities that may be implemented from time to time are properly executed by the colleagues.
  • To check that registration cards/guest profiles are properly updated after check-in by Front Office colleagues and to ensure that minimum standards for guest profiling are maintained.
Requirements:
  • Male and Female.
  • 1 year experience at the similar position in 4 or 5 star Hotel.
  • Excellent Command of Spoken and Written English  and Computer Literate
  • Attention to the details.
  • Having nice personality and well groomed.

Engineering Supervisor

Primary Function
  • The Engineer Supervisor is responsible to assist the Assistant Chief Engineer in the achievement of company goals and ensure efficient management of the Engineering Department.
Accountabilities
  • Manage and maintain the property in a proper business-like manner and to the best advantage hence enhancing the asset value of the property.
  • Advise on all matters relating to the administration and technical aspects.
  • Proficient in all engineering/building operations.
  • Good knowledge of energy efficiency management skills.
Requirements:
  • Engineering Qualifications
  • 1 year experience at the similar position in 4 or 5 star Hotel.
  • A preference for someone with Accounting experience in Bali
  • Excellent Command of Spoken and Written English  and Computer Literate
  • Attention to the details.

HR Coordinator and HR Officer

Requirements:
  • Male/ Female
  • Degree in Management or psychology.
  • Experience as HR Coordinator at least 2 years.
  • Experience at 4 or 5 star hotel much prefers.
  • Familiar with HRIS.
  • Able to organize training class and has experience as trainer.
  • Strong in knowledge and skill in Environment Health safety and security.
  • Must be able to speak, read, written and understand English.

Income Audit

Accountabilities
  • To make sure all revenues are posted correctly and raise a notification if there is any discrepancy
Essential duties and responsibilities
  • Audits the daily revenue figures and supporting folios and vouchers.
  • Completes the posting to the Income Journal from the Auditor’s “D” Report, Food & Beverage Report, and the general cashier’s Daily Report; balances at end of the
  • month.
  • Prepares the Daily Report for the controller’s signature.
  • Enters daily income report in ledger book and balances at end of month.
  • Prepares rebate summary and rebate journal.
Requirements:
  • Finance Qualifications
  • 1 year experience at the similar position in 4 or 5 star Hotel.
  • A preference for someone with Accounting experience in Bali
  • Excellent Command of Spoken and Written English  and Computer Literate
  • Attention to the details.

Cost Controller

Primary Function
  • Control cost whilst ensuring guests get value for money.
Accountabilities   
  • Obtain cost level to be met with hotel standard cost by maintaining efficiency and constant review.
Essential duties and responsibilities
  • Review the daily receiving report for all materials.
  • Review the daily store requisition for all materials.
  • Verify the purchase department is performing their duties according to hotel procedures.
  • Compute daily requisition and material transferred between the kitchen, Restaurant and bars, and then computes the food and beverage cost for kitchen, restaurant and bar, separately. Also prepare the Daily /Weekly Food & Beverage Cost Report.

Assistant Revenue Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for sales operation audit by market segment targeting at Account Performance.
  • Build action plan and/ or offer recommendations to the Management to target customer segments.
  • Understand and practise the principles of Revenue and Yield Management.
Requirements:
  • Female / Male
  • 2 year experience at the similar position in 4 or 5 star Hotel.
  • Bali’s experience much prefer.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Excellent Command of Spoken and Written English  and Computer Literate
  • Attention to the details.
  • Strong leadership.

Revenue Manager

Requirements:
  • Female / Male
  • Age over 27 years old.
  • 2 - 3 year’s experience at the similar position in Bali or Indonesia
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiar with Realta System (not essential)
RESPONSIBILITIES including
  • Responsible for implementing strategies to maximize the revenue of this property.
  • Provide updated forecasts on a weekly basis, perform strategic analysis to optimize sales and you make sure they are always in line with the market.
  • Assist the hotel to meet and exceed their target revenue and analyze the performance of the hotel and its monthly results.
  • Communicate daily with the reservation and the front office team and participate in weekly Yield meetings
DEMONSTRATE YOUR EXPERTISE
  • Proven revenue management experience you will have gained the knowledge to support you in the above areas, and bring to the role your proven skills and abilities.
  • It is expected that you possess a clear understanding of hotel operations and have exceptional analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Professional communication and presentation skills, along with excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle tight deadlines are essential.

Chief Engineering

Requirements:
  • Male
  • Degree In Engineering
  • Strong in knowledge and skill in Environment Health safety and security.
  • 2 years previous hotel experience in Engineering Managerial position.
  • Must be able to speak, read, written and understand English.

Director of Sales and Marketing

Requirements:
  • Female/ Male
  • 3 years experience at the similar position in 4 or 5 star Hotel.
  • Bali’s experiences much prefer.
  • Good Communication skill
  • Having Good Relationship with Travel Agent and Corporate
  • Attention to the details.
  • Strong leadership.
