Chef De Partie & Cook
With minimum 2-3 year’s previous experience in similar hotel capacity and category.
- Communicate effectively with Kitchen and front-bar staff.
- Assist s and supports the head chef in food preparation.
- Attention to details and identify problems when arise.
- Is involved in the training of lower cadre staff.
- Oversees breakfast preparation and service.
- Meal preparation.
- Oversees food preparation, cooking and presentation in the restaurant.
- Enforces safety, health and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Good Teamwork & Leadership.
General Requirements :
- Female or Male
- Highly motivated, attention to details, energetic, creative, dynamic and innovative.
- Customer service oriented, able to work as a team.
- Must have a love and passion for food
- Good management and organizations skills
- The ability to work under pressure
