Front Office Manager
Accountabilities
Operations
- Oversee and ensure the smooth flow of Front Office Operations.
- 2. To assist and provide guidance to FO Managers and the team with resolving operational issues.
- 3. To ensure all group bookings requirement are met by Front Office and other operations departments.
Personnel Matters
- Professionally manage and motivate Front Office Team.
- Reviewing, forecasting the manning and ensure the sufficient strength at all time.
- Interviewing and hiring new team members.
- Provide guidance to FO Managers with planning for monthly Front Office Trainings.
Finance and Revenue
- Ensure in-house guests’ credit balances are in order.
- Ensure Permanent Master Accounts are settled in a timely manner.
- Prepare Front Office and Rooms Division’s budget annually.
- Review monthly Profit and Loss statement to ensure the current budget is adhered to.
- Review expenses and implement measures to control cost.
