- University degree in psychology human resources, MBA major in organizational behavior.
- Good command of English computer literate (Microsoft office), negotiation skills, counseling skills and strong administrative skills.
- Strong background and good understanding of two of the following areas: Recruitment & selection, Labor relations, Salaries & benefit, Personnel administration, Manpower planning.
- Good interpersonal skills, demonstrate leadership ability, problem solver.
