HHRMA Bali 2014 - Ubud Wana Resort, A soon opening new 4 star rated resort with 73 rooms peacefully nestled in Balinese traditional housing complex Nyuh Kuning Ubud is in immediate search of
individuals for the following positions with:

1. Housekeeping Manager
2. Front Office Manager
3. Sous Chef
4. Chief Accountant
5. General Secretary
6. Guest Service Agents
7. Waiter/Waitress
8. Room Attendant

Requirements:

• Good command of spoken and written English
• Age max 35 year old except point4
• Female is preferable (2,4&6)
• Human resources background is an advantage (4)
• English faculty graduation is preferable (4)
• Other foreign language is an advantage (2,6&7)
• At least a 2 year experience in a similar position at a good reputation resort operation
• Good communication skills bottom up, top down and laterally
• Good managerial and leadership skills (1,2,3)
• Multi – tasking orientation.
• Guest engagement orientation.
• Good awareness of controlling cost and expenses.
• Revenue generating individual
• Good intra and inter department team builder
• Hands on individual
• A Good Team Player
