Sous Chef



General Mission
  • High standard of culinary services mix of Indonesia and strong in Western flavours
  • Can handle a mixture of breakfast, a la carte and Meetings offerings while keeping menus fresh
  • Manages and motivates the kitchen staff in order to offer a high standard of service to guests
  • Follow standard food hygiene, safety and quality in the hotel based on standard HACCP

Skills & Experience
  • Must have held role in a similar size Kitchen min for 2 years
  • Possesses Leadership Skills
